致尊敬的申请人，

法国、荷兰、以色列签证申请中心和全国电话客服中心将于10月1日至10月6日国庆节与中秋节暂时关闭。TLScontact签证申请中心全体员工提前祝您幸福安康，人月两团圆。

The visa application centers for France, Netherlands, and Israel, as well as the Call Center, will be temporarily closed from October 1 to October 6, 2025， because of the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival's holidays. TLScontact Team wish you all the best.

温馨提示 Tips：

国庆和中秋节前最后一个工作日为2025年9月30日，请合理安排领取护照的时间。在法定节假日期间，已选择快递服务的护照包裹将如常被派送。如需增加快递服务，请在建议时间点前联系客服中心。

The last working day before the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays is September 30, 2025. Please schedule your time to collect the passport in plan. During the period of holiday, the express service will deliver your passport in normal. Further information, you can contact our Call Center before the suggested time.

武汉中心、长沙中心、沈阳中心 - 9月30日15:00之前。

南京中心、昆明中心 - 9月30日16:00之前。

上海中心 - 9月30日 17:00之前。

其余所有中心 - 9月30日 16:30之前。

Nanjing, Kunming Centers – Before 16:00 on September 30

Shanghai Center– Before 17:00 on September 30

Other centers except mentioned – Before 16:30 on September 30

如果您希望增加【快递返回护照服务】，请务必使用在TLS预约系统预留的电话号码致电客服中心，或者通过TLS预约系统注册邮箱前往签证中心官网”联系我们“留言。贵宾服务和优选时段服务申请人也可使用TLS预约系统注册邮箱联系签证中心贵宾邮箱沟通。

由于邮件沟通存在滞后性，建议优先致电联系客服中心。

If you would like to purchase [Express Courier Return] in additonal, it is essential to contact the Call Center by calling the registered phone number in the TLS appointment system, or by leaving a message via the "Contact Us" section on the official visa center website with registered account e-mail in the TLS system.  For Premium, Prime Time applicants, you can send mail to relavant mail box to get further information.

Due to potential delays in email responses, it's recommended to phone calling to Call Center first.
